Each belt is cut from tightly woven 100% cotton webbing, then folded and stitched in four to six passes depending on rank thickness, so the bar tacks at the tip hold up under years of daily grip training without fraying. The core is stiffened just enough to keep its shape on the mat while remaining comfortable to knot.

Care & Handling

Belts should be air-dried after washing, never machine-dried on heat, since repeated heat cycles weaken the cotton fibers at the fold lines faster than normal wear does.
